I can't express how grateful I am for the care my dog received at the clinic! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and genuinely loved animals, which immediately put my mind at ease. Dr. Henkel is simply phenomenal; he took the time to thoroughly explain the health issues my pup was facing, and it was clear that he truly cares about his patients. During our visit, he even got down on the floor to interact with my dog, which made her feel much more comfortable. They have a lovely waiting area that is clean and equipped with toys, which kept my dog entertained while we waited. The only minor thing I noticed was that the wait time was a bit longer than I expected, but I can understand that it was due to the attention each pet was receiving. Absolutely fantastic experience! I took my cat in for her annual check-up, and the team was incredibly friendly and efficient. The vet was thorough and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. The office was clean, and the atmosphere was warm.
